Terms of Use

What Eyese is
Eyese is an interface for creating and browsing baskets of onchain assets on Robinhood Chain. Eyese is non-custodial: you connect your own wallet, you hold your own keys, and transactions are signed and executed by you. Eyese never holds your funds.
Beta software
Eyese is in public beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. Basket creation currently produces drafts only; onchain launch opens once the production vault is deployed. Performance figures shown in the catalog are placeholders until the indexer is live.
Not investment advice
Nothing on Eyese is investment, legal, or tax advice. Baskets are created by their creators, not by Eyese, and listing a basket is not an endorsement. Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities, not equity — they carry no shareholder rights. Prices can go to zero. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, and your transactions — onchain actions cannot be reversed. You are also responsible for making sure that using Eyese is legal where you live and for any taxes that apply to you. Do not use Eyese to break the law.
Creator content
If you create a basket, you are responsible for its name, thesis, image, and the identity you attach to it. Do not impersonate others or publish misleading claims. We may remove content that does.
No warranties, limited liability
Eyese is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, Eyese and its contributors are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the interface, the underlying protocols, or third-party services it connects to.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date above reflects the latest version; continued use means you accept the current terms.
